The health and safety of our users is our main goal in fighting the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19).
Due to the latest news on the coronavirus pandemic, we want to ensure that inDriver users are well-informed regarding effective ways to prevent disease, both during inDriver rides and in their daily lives.
About the coronavirus (COVID-19)
COVID-19 is the name of a disease caused by the novel coronavirus.
CO = Corona, VI = Virus, D = Disease, 19 = 2019 - the year when the disease was first registered.
Coronaviruses are a family of viruses that cause mild illnesses, such as the common cold, as well as more serious respiratory diseases, such as pneumonia.
We encourage our users to trust only reliable information from official channels of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
You can protect your own health and that of those around you by observing simple but effective rules.
General recommendations
- wash or sanitise your hands
- make sure it covers your nose and mouth and
- make sure it fits snugly under your chin
- keep it in place
- use a new single mask each time
- wash and dry reusable masks after use
Maintain basic hygiene
- wash your hands often for 20 seconds with soap and water
- use alcohol-based hand sanitisers when you can’t use soap and water
- clean and disinfect surfaces you use often
- clean and disinfect objects you use often
Keep your distance
- keeping 1.5 metres away from others wherever possible
- avoiding physical greetings such as handshaking, hugs / kisses
- practising extra care on public transport
- avoiding crowds and large gatherings
- practising good hygiene
Avoid touching your face
- When possible, do not touch your eyes, nose, or mouth, since this makes it easier for bacteria to travel from your hands into your body.

- Being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 reduces your risk of severe illness, hospitalisation and death
- Get tested for COVID-19 if you experience any cold or flu symptoms.
- Support is available if you need help accessing health care or medicines.
- Keep up to date with the domestic travel, international travel and restrictions advice.
