Technical Support Specialist in Social Media (the Malay language)

Now we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist in Social Media with knowlegde of Malay language, who will be in charge of monitoring Stores reviews and providing replies to our customers.

What you will do:

  • Daily monitoring of the App Store and Play Store reviews;

  • Replying to the reviews ;

  • Understanding and selecting the correct Tags and Filters for negative and positive reviews.;

  • Selecting the right language and country to monitor the reviews.;

  • Closing positive reviews.

What we expect from you:

  • fluent English;

  • Knowledge of Malay language;

  • Understanding of App Store and Play Store review platform Appflow.io or similar platforms;

  • Knowledge of changing technologies and platform changes;

  • Good attention to details.

Working terms:

  • probation period up to 3 months

  • initial training

  • working hours: from 9:00 to 18:00, Saturday and Sunday are days off
