Call Centre Agent with Lao language



Now we are looking for a Call Centre Agent with Lao language in Vientiane, Laos. If you are a social butterfly, who understands how customer service works, we are looking forward to seeing your CV!

What you will do: 

  • Processing incoming requests and mail;

  • Outgoing calls;

  • Solutions to the requests of application users;

  • Moderation of the order feed;

  • Verification of drivers' document.

What we expect from you:

  • Competent spoken and written Lao language;

  • PC knowledge at the level of a confident user;

  • Availability of stable high-speed Internet, personal computer or laptop, headset;

  • Knowledge of English at least on the level of B2 (Upper-Intermediate);

  • Good communicative skills;

  • Initiative, "self-starter";

  • Ability to work with a large amount of information, in multitasking mode;

  • Stress-resistant.
