Now we are looking for the HR Generalist based in our office in Recife! If you are an experienced HR specialist, apply for the position that perfectly matches you!

What you will do:

  • Administer HR policies and programs, balancing employee advocacy and business operating needs. Promote equity, fair treatment, and positive employee relations and ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws;

  • Manage full employee life cycle including onboarding, orientation, compensation benefits, employee relations, off-boarding and HR admin works;

  • Manage end - to - end recruitment processes;

  • Formation and calculation of compensations for public holidays, vacation, overtime, maternity and sick leave. Will be responsible for the application of existing labor standards, procedures, and organisational policies;

  • HR admin issues (setting up employee files, completing standard forms letters, and maintaining reports and records), maintain additional agreements and keep personal folders in an accurate way;

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of one or more of the following disciplines: Benefits, Compensation, Compliance, EH&S, Leave, Internships, and Wellness;

  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local regulations. Issue necessary agreements, policies, instructions;

  • Recruiting process: conduct interviews on behalf of the hiring manager, sort through applications to fill open positions, execute first-day onboarding processes such as employment documents’ execution, adaptation, and other duties;

  • C&B: support in implementing corporate compensation policy by providing consultations regarding specifics or local legislation. Review of common practices of compensation packages in different companies;

  • T&D: support the function and contribute into the team’s development.

What we expect from you:

  • Advanced level of English ( communication on daily basis);

  • 5 years+ experience as an HR generalist

  • Experience with HR matters and employment regulations in Brazil;

  • B.A. or B.S. degree in related field or equivalent experience;

  • Knowledge of labor law;

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive information and data;

  • Adaptable and eager to learn;

  • Able to work independently in a matrix organization;

  • Good communication and Influencing skills;

  • An expert user of the internet with strong tech capabilities is essential;

  • Knowledge of current regulations, payroll statements, and social security payments;

  • Strong organisational and filing skills;

Working terms:

  • Probation period up to 3 months;

  • Initial training;

  • Working hours: from 9:00 to 18:00, Saturday and Sunday are days off
