«Our customers’ safety is as important to inDrive as ensuring fair play in business and equal opportunity for all»

inDrive’s side

We aim to ensure every choice you make with inDrive is safe and secure

Choose your driver or passenger

With inDrive, passengers always get to pick their drivers. They can check driver rating, car model, and ride history, all before accepting the offer. This goes both ways: drivers are free to choose passengers based on their profiles, routes and price offers as well

Driver verification

Document and photo-verification is a must for all our drivers. If the driver or car doesn't match the profile in the app, the passenger should cancel the ride and contact the support team

Safety button

The shield icon on the main screen is for quickly contacting support, calling the police or an ambulance

Support

Whether you're a driver or a passenger, to report a violation or dispute please get in touch with our support team. Contact support@indrive.com or via the in-app chat

Share your ride

Both passengers and drivers can share their ride details with friends or family. They'll see the route, info on driver or passenger and vehicle, as well as real-time trip status

Trusted contact

In the app, everyone can save the phone number of a trusted person for quick contact in an emergency. Trusted numbers can be added at any time, even during the ride

Rate your driver or passenger

Remember to rate your ride, whether you're a driver or a passenger. If you don't want to ride with that person again, give them one star and tap 'Don't Show My Requests'. They won't be able to see your ride requests/offers in the future

Passengers' side

Back seat responsibility goes far beyond the safety belt

Respect for all

Please respect your driver, their car, personal space, and privacy. Remember to greet your driver and thank them for the ride and any help with your luggage. Little things like this make your mutual experience much better

One Person – One Account

Please do not share your inDrive account with others. When using your account, you are responsible for your actions. It also helps our drivers recognize you more easily

Discrimination

We have a zero-tolerance policy towards discrimination of any kind. Please treat your driver with dignity and respect

Prohibited Substances

Please do not consume or transport alcohol (in open containers) or illegal drugs while using our service

Riding with Kids

Children and under-18s must always be accompanied by an adult when using inDrive. If you're traveling with a child, let us know in advance if you need a child seat

Riding with Pets

Let the driver know beforehand if you're bringing a pet. Please bring a carrier or a blanket to cover the car seat and reduce the risk of mess
