On average, rides with inDriver are 20% cheaper than other services. In some major cities, the app shows you the average cost of a ride on the indicated route in other services. You can offer any price, relying on this cost. InDriver has a minimum cost of travel, it can be the same across the city or vary depending on the route, but it will always be significantly lower than the average prices in other services.
You can pay for the ride in cash or via online transfer, having previously indicated this method when placing an order. Payment by credit card is not provided in the service. This makes rides even more profitable, as it allows you to avoid additional bank commission.
A passenger rating is automatically generated based on its order history, and also depends on the availability of false orders, complaints from the driver about the conflict, unpaid trips.
Be sure to indicate the need for a child seat in the ride options so that drivers with equipped cars can respond to your order. In the comments, specify the number of children, their age or the category of the necessary child restraint.

Priority depends on the ratings given to you by passengers at the end of each ride. Priority is also determined by factors such as the number of completed requests, the number of stars in ratings, as well as by received complaints. Remember that more completed requests will lead to more ratings. This is what will allow your priority to grow.
Unfortunately, negative ratings cannot be edited or deleted. This is because they represent the subjective opinions of passengers. They must be respected.
The nickname 'Passenger' hides the real name of the client who you gave a ride to some time in the past. Their real name is replaced with this nickname for security purposes.
On the app, open the side menu and go to the 'Support' tab. Once there, select 'Leave a Message'. Indicate the ride addresses and provide a brief description of what the conflict was about. You can also call our support service at 8 (800) 600-95-60 in Russia and +7 (727) 350-59-82 in Kazakhstan.
